Tawfiq Al-Hakim (1898–1989)is an undisputed creator of the literature of the theater in Egypt. He wrote over seventy plays, as well as a number of novels and short stories and an autobiography. Satan Triumphs is one of his short stories. Here I want to present the English translation of this work and hope you enjoy it.
